The Arist is a silent film, taking place back in the 1920s time period. Its cool how it shows how movies have progressed, from silent films to talkies to musicals to what we call movies now! Peppy Miller was so cute! And I just thought how cool it is to see a silent film now-a-days!

I think more adults would see this than kids and teens my age, but personally liked it!

Soo cute!

The dog was super cute too!

The Darkest Hour

The Darkest Hour was good! It was really scary in the sense if the world ending and losing your family and friends. It was shocking and I gasped at one part, great movie but if they found out that the aliens can't find you if your up against glass why didn't they make a glass box to walk around in, they wouldn't even have to run!

But when you see the aliens after they break their invisible shields, they are CREEPY and gross..

I like the characters. And the cat was so cute! He made bread in the Russian guys arms! :) Ben, the friend of Sean, was in Speed Racer a couple of years ago..Cutee!!! Sean was cute too!

Good for teens to see, COMES OUT ON CHRISTMAS!

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

TOM HARDY!!

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy was good! It was slow and quite but that's how its supposed to be! I really liked it! It was very confusing though, but the end summed it all up(well for me it did cuz my mom ruined it by telling me key info but whatevesss) Tom Hardy has some sexy legss!! (Tom was in Warrior as Tommy!)

It was very smart how Gary Oldman had glasses, and because of the event that happened with the Before and After scenes he had different glasses on! Makes sense when you see it!

Lord Blackwood (sherlock holmes 1 character) was in this movie... I like him!! And the little scientist from Cap. America working for the bad guy was in this movie as well!!

Great cast!! It takes its twists and turns and I jumped at one part.. rated R but good for adults!

The prologue for the dark knight was amazing! I'm sooo excited for summer 2012!

Tom Hardy from Warrior is playing Bane <3

It vibrates through your body when you see it in IMAX, it was fantastic...I couldn't understand bearly ANYTHING Bane said..but they are still making changes to the film and still need to fix the volume levels for the background and for Bane! But I'm super duper excited!

I am now a Batman/Bane fan!
Oh and Anne Hathaway is Cat women!

Adventures if TinTin

The Adventures if TinTin was pretty good, I had my doubts about it but it was good! Spielberg keeps making these amazing movies..so thank you Spielberg!! It was cool how human like the animation was! And Snowy the dog is soo cute! There was a surprising amount of action in this movie, and I believe there's gonna be a 2nd one!
My mom said it was slow and boring but.. for kids its a good movie to see!! I liked the pirate scenes too! But I feel as if TinTin looks like a kid.. who's about 12 not a writer for a newspaper like he's supposed to be!

Kid movie!

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol

I have never seen the other 3 mission impossibles but I really liked this one... the action scenes were amazing!!
And the car was BEAUTIFUL!!! The story line was good! There were a couple of funny scenes!!
Tom Cruise is a great actor! I can't believe he's been playing Ethan Hunt for 15 years now, he is so commited! I wish I had all the technology they have!! Oh! And the scene with this sticky gloves was pretty intense!
The Kremlin explosion was amazing!!! But I think the cast did great together!! Thank you Tom Cruise for making another great movie!! :) I've seen it twice alreadyy!!!
(I saw Frankie Muniz -Agent Cody Banks, Malcom in the Middle, etc- at the screening :) it was pretty cool!! When the guy jumped of the building and landing on that blow up mat, it reminded me of Big Fat Liar when Frankie Muniz jumps off the building onto a HUGE blow up mat, talk about a flashback for him! )
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol comes to IMAX this Friday, 12/16 and then comes to regular theaters Wednesday 12/21!
When you see it in IMAX you get to see the first 6 minutes of the new Dark Knight coming out Summer 2012!!

Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows

Soo I'm in love with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law!! They did a fantastic job!! After I saw the 2nd one I went home and watched the 1st one to compair them!! The 2nd one was brilliant and out-of-this world amazing! I loveeeeed it! I need for it to come out on DVD alreadyyyyy!!! Everyone has to see this!!
I did realize after watching the 1st one that the Game of Shadows picked up basically right were the 1st one left off! It had way more action in this one, and the explosions were AMAZZZINNG!! and the ending is probably the most unexpected ending you could think of, but Guy Richie did an FANTASTIC job! I just want to give him a big hug for making such a great movie! In my books, one of the best movies of the year!!
But Stanley the butler was so cute because he's soooo old :) he was my friends' favorite!! Its gonna be agony waiting for this to come out to DVD!! I'm not sure if there's going to be a 3rd movie because the way this one ended but this one was diff. my fav and way better than the 1st!

War Horse

War Horse is probably the best movie of the year! It HAS to win an award! Steven Spielberg once again made an amazing movie! It was a very emotional movie, but that's what made it so great....I want a horse now! The horse touches so many people, both sides of the war, and the people not even envolved in the war in a way that captures your heart! Its crazy how one horse can make such an impact to those peoples lives, not only in war but also the people in the theaters watching the movie! This will tug at your heart strings if not pull on them completely!

The girl Emily (french) who finds Joey (the horse) looks like Hailee Steinfeld!!!

I personally cried basically during the entire movie.. but only because I love animals so I hate to see them hurt or injured in a way.. but also because I'm very emotional anyways!

But just because you *may* cry shouldn't make you not go!

Alvin and The Chipmunks: CHIP WRECKED

Soo I basically love Theodore!!! He is the cutest thing I've ever seen! Chip Wrecked was very cute!! Excellent kid movie! The voices of the chipmunks were Justin Long, Jessie McCartney, Christiana Applegate and more! There was also a Justin Bieber reference! (SCOOORREE)

Super cute kid movie, everyone should see it! Fantastic cast! This movie had way more adventure for the chipmunks! The 2nd movie seemed like they were more ALIVE and more active! It also had a way better story line than the 1st one did!

Its so funny when Simon spoke in french and I ACTUALLY knew what he was saying! :)

There was music from Lady Gaga, Rihanna, LMFAO, and more! Great soundtrack!

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

This movie was about 9/11 and how this one kid deals with the death of his father! I cried a couple of times..... but it was good! I liked it but many people didn't like or thought the kid was annoying.. but its just the character he was playing! But its incredible how this kid will go to the ends of earth to find out what the key he found goes to! The book he made was creative and cool! Good movie!

The Sitter

The Sitter was very funny but the very first scene was sorta uncomfortable... and awkward! But the rest of the movie was actually pretty funnny! I'm totally buying it when I comes out! Noah(Jonah Hill) plays a character that is unresponsible and ends up that he metaphorically grew up and mentally grew up..it had a really good story line! Blythe (Ari)was soooo cute! She was really funny too!I'd say this is a good for teens, but parents don't get mad at me cuz the first scene was very inappropriate...

New Years Eve

New Years Eve had a FANTASTIC cast! There are some of the famous people in there that you had no idea they were in this movie like Jake T. Austin (Disney Channel Wizards of Waverly Place as Max) and Nat Wolff (Nickaloden, had a show many years ago called the Naked Brother Band with his brother) and Matthew Brodrick, and more! This movie is from the creators of Valentines Day, and I thought this one was way better and way more funny! I was laughing really hard..but then there was a very sad parts where my friends and I we're all crying at. HUGE cast, GREAT story line, VERY funny, VERY sad (at times), and it almost left you on the edge of your seat for some of the movie! I reccomand this movie to everyone because its not a chick-flick..its actually really good!

I was a little dissapointed at this movie, Yes it was good but not as good as i had hoped! The movie does have the same characters and everything..its just made in a different way that i didnt really enjoy. But i have NOT read the books so for me YES it was good, but thats going to be different for someone who has had read them. I was upset that Taylor Lautner wasnt shirtless for more of the movie :(

Sheldon(Jim Pearsons) from The Big Bang Theory played the human version of one of the characters and i was very happy he was in this movie. Such a great movie about a family who buys a zoo along with their new house. It was probably one of the BEST movies of the year!!

Matt Damon (Happy Feet Two as Bill the Krill) was the dad, Maggie Elizabeth Jones (Littlest sister in Footloose "have a safe trip!!") Was the daughter, Thomas H.C. played Matt's Brother, Elle Fanning (Alice in Super 8) plays Lily, Scarlett Johansson's characters niece, and Scarlett plays the Head zoo keeper, and Colin Ford plays the older brother to Maggie, hes pretty cute! He was mean to Elle Fanning but then at the end he figures it out and says i love you! :)

I did cry a few times but does have a good ending! This movie was based off a true story, the actually zoo is called Dartmoor Zoological Park! Id love to go visit if I ever had the chance!

This year has some really good movies and it may seem like I love everyone but this one may be the best by far for a "based on a true story" movie, without a doubt.

This movie is the one movie with George Clooney, where he lives in hawaii. I reallly liked this movie! The sister Alex is from The Secret Life.. TV Show! She's soo pretty, and she's cusses a WHOLE bunch!! But the movies about the land the family has and who they are going to sell it to. There's a few twists to the movie. Very good none the less!! Shows how much his family means to him!

HAWAII IS BEAUTIFUL!!
George Clooney is kinda good looking, I won't deny it!

It is rated R though.. but just because its rated R shouldn't dictate whether you see it or not.. sooo see it!

Arthur Christmas

Arthur Christmas was a very cute family christmas movie. Shows how you shouldn't give up and keep on believing. The grandpa (grandsanta) was a group favorite! The little elf was funny, and the brother is reporting 'cute' to one of my friends.

I really did like this movie and so will every little kid who sees this.

Also for the BIEBER fans, there is a NEW music video for one of his christmas songs, Santa Claus is Comin to Town, and also played during the credits.

BLAST!

BLAST! at the Mesa Arts Center was AMAZING!! it so hard to explain what this is ..but i would say its EPIC MARCHING BAND ON STAGE! Def. better seeing this than Breaking Dawn! The main drummer was funny, and had the BEST facial expressions ive ever seen, his name is Lance Kindl (starts with L just like mine :D ) and he's short (JUST LIE ME!!) he was cute too! i got his autograph!! One of the BEST performances ive ever seen! Thank you Cindy and Denise!!

Everyone was totally together and in sync with each other and they did a GREAT performance!! They probably have one of the best drumlines anywhere and the set was fanstastic too!!!

Blast! has won a Tony Award and an Emmy Award! They are a Musical celebration and sensation!

Michelle Williams played Marilyn to a T! Def. award worthy!! I think everyone neeeeeds to see this movie, no matter if they dont like MM or if they just hate movies, SEE THIS!

and the kid who plays Collin was CUTE!!! (Eddie Redmayne)

Great Movie about his week with Mailyn when she was filming a movie..and i really feel for Marilyn and i have a great respect for her now!

Happy Feet Two was the cutest movie I've seen in a while! I loved the story line! Way better movie than the 1st one! I loved the scenes with Bill and Will (Matt Damon, and Brad Pitt) the Krill! "I'M ONE AND A KRILLION!" "Its a krill world" "I'm moving up the food chain, I'm gonna go eat something with a face!"
Its about little Erik trying to find his place in 'life' and in his penguin group! It shows how family and friendships are so important! I did end up crying only once during this movie.. this movie will tug on your heart strings!
Erik (Mumble's son) was so cute, it made me want to own my own penguin!! "Fluffy don't float!!"
The bigger baby penguin was very funny, and I love how he talks!
And the other baby penguin was soo cute with her accent! :)

Immortals

I really had no desire to see this movie, but when I saw it I WAS AMAZED!! GREAT MOVIE!  There is blood, and its not a movie to take your kids to but I loved it! Its about the gods, and also the mortals fighting for immortality by releasing the TITANS.. this movie had NO flaws what so ever! Def. the BEST movie I've seen in a LONNNG time!
There is (LOTS of) blood, and really cruel stuff but AMAZING non the less!
BEST movie of the year :)
SEE IT! I don't care if you don't like war movies (I don't really like them either) but you WILL love this movie, I guarantee it!!
I'm seeing this many more times in the theater!

Jack and Jill

Adam Sandler was very funny in this movie. They had a great cast, Al Pacino, Katie Holmes, Johnny Depp, David Spade, Dana Carvey and more. There was one scene when they were at a basketball game, and guess who's there... JOHNNY DEPP (fav actor) and he's wearing a Justin Bieber shirt, I love this movie now because of that scene.. but in all seriousness, it was very funny, and Adam did a great job playing his girl twin! This is a great movie for teens, young adults, adults, older people and even children, so its for everyone.. took 3 of my friends to see this one, and they all loved it and would be willing to see it again!

This movie was pretty long, and I felt bad for MILK-Johnathan (Channing Tatum) but it was good. See it! Its a about a bad kid who became police officer. i actually cried twice in this movie! yeah! but Channing Tatum did a great job playing this type of character.

Tower Heist

Tower Heist was funny! Great to see with friends! The cast worked soo great together, they basically made the movie!! Loved it! Im buying this when it comes out on DVD! I'm alittle late to writing this but I did seee it before it came out.
There was  A LOT of smoking and drinking in this movie. But there actually was a few funny parts in this movie. The only reason why I saw it was because of Johnny Depp.. and yeah I still have a crush on him lol but I probably won't recommend this movie to most people....

Anonymous was about William Shakespeare and if he was the one who actually wrote all of the poetry/plays or if it was someone else just using his name. We had talked about this in English class last year so when I saw the trailer for it a few months ago I knew I wanted to see it... and it was actually very interesting! I enjoyed it! It did get alittle long and I was sorta confused at the begining but then finally understood. I thought the story line was very good.

This was actually surprising at how funny this movie was! It was very innapropriate!! And the baby was funny!
I didn't want to see this because it didn't look appealing to me..plus I never saw the other 2. But I actually liked it!!

Saw paranormal activity on Tuesday and Wednesday! It was actually pretty scary. And I hate scary movies..but I wanted to see this one AGAIN! There were some really unexpected parts and parts you where expecting that didn't happen!! Great movie!! EVEERYONE SEE ITT! I hid behind my hands a lot of the first time..so I needed to see it a second time!! And YES the last 15 minutes is probably the part that you wouldn't expect the most!

My friend Arielle Jennings is in the dance group called AK Squared, and was a finalist on the Shake It Up: Make Your Mark Competition. Their group was 1 of 6 finalists. i was surprised on how great they were!! very proud! and today they announced the winner, and the winner wins a spot light dance on SHAKE IT UP the tv show on DISNEY CHANNEL, and it turns out AK SQUARED WON! i do cheer with arielle and i have so much pride in being her friend, ssooooo proud of her and her dance group!! <3 CONGRATS AK SQUARED AND ARIELLE!!! ( if you did watch the competition, she was the one who did the back flip and TOTALLLLLLLY stuck it!!!) <3 REPRESENT! ARIZONA! WOOOHOO

Johnny English

Johnny English was actually pretty funny, and i cried at one part because it was so funnny. i saw it with my dad he said it wasnt as funny as he thought it would be.. but from a teen IT WAS FUNNY. i really like Rowan Atkinson (mr. bean) he was funny as a spy cuz he does stuff you would expect a spy to do! i might pay to go see it again. its about a spy who tries to finish a case that he had been assigned and he fails to listen to his "sidekick" and ends up getting turned on by the whole spy unit! 

Like Crazy

i havent had a "relationship" like they do in this movie.
it was sorta a chick flick but then not reallly, there were quite a few guys at the screening.
my mom and a few other people thought that the movie was predictable, but i didnt think soo!!

it just goes to show how you should really stick to the rules of the country or else your life really could end up a mess. but i thought it was great, not my fav. genre of movie, but it was still good. maybe wait until it comes out to redbox or OnDemand to watch this.
